Introduction

E-Participation is one of the main pillars for a socially inclusive governance. To provide our citizens with the best possible services, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Sultanate of Oman is reaching out to gather suggestions, proposals, and opinions about the Invest Easy portal and other services provided by the Ministry.

Various communication channels have been set up for the customers to give their feedback and suggestions which will contribute to raising the level of customer satisfaction and improving the delivered services.

The Ministry aspires to achieve transparency in communicating with the customers to enhance the Ministry's everyday work, and to ensure a high quality of the offered services.

The social media channels are used for two-way interaction. The social media team of the Ministry is monitoring the feedback and replies if needed. The channels help to clarify the usage of the services to the customers and to provide for a positive user experience.
