You can use the License Simulator e-service to check whether your planned business activity needs licensing. The simulator will also provide you detailed information on the requirements of the license.

As the licensing service is still in the progress of being integrated with all the appropriate ministries, all business activity licenses are not yet included in the simulator. To receive additional information about licensing requirements of such activities, you need to contact the appropriate government agency using the list available here.

If the license is part of the new digital licensing service, you can apply for it using the My CR Licenses e-service. When the license is issued digitally, the “License pending” status will be removed automatically.

If the license is issued by a government entity that is not integrated with the licensing service, you need to obtain the license manually, by contacting the appropriate government entity directly. List of activities and corresponding entities can be found here.

You can remove “license pending” status for your activity after you apply for the license and obtain approval from corresponding government agency. If the license is part of the new digital licensing service, you can apply for it using the My CR Licenses e-service. When the license is issued digitally, the “License pending” status will be removed automatically.

List of activities and corresponding entities can be found here. After receiving the license certificate, you can use the “Places of Activity Management” e-service to upload the certificate, pay the fees and “license pending” status will be removed after the uploaded certificate has been verified.
